Murray Gibson, PE, CPE

Founder & Ergonomics Consultant

Murray is an ergonomics practitioner with a desire to make ergonomics easy & accessible, rather than complicated or complex. He has over 20 years of experience applying ergonomics in industry and as a consultant in over 150 companies. Murray is at heart an innovator, with a passion for developing & delivering more effective ergonomics application technologies. Murray founded Saturn Ergonomics Consulting in 2015. He's a 3rd year PhD student in Auburn University's Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering.

Ashwini Sharath, MS, MISE, AEP

Ergonomics Research Assistant

Ashwini is an industrial engineer.  At Saturn Ergonomics Consulting, her contribution as an Ergonomics Research Assistant is to help design user-centered innovative software applications related to ergonomics and human factors. She recently worked at Apple Inc. as an Ergonomics Specialist where she monitored, investigated and reviewed worker's injury prevention and discomfort cases. Her goal and career interests are to be able to introduce ergonomics in various industries and to implement ergonomics in every product such that it provides a user-friendly experience for the customers.

Caleb Wakeford

Software Developer Lead

Caleb is a man of many talents. He graduated from Auburn University in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Software Engineering and a minor in Nuclear Power Generation Systems. During his time as a student he co-oped for a year building web applications at an insurance company. While finishing his degree he started working at Saturn Ergonomics in 2018. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and playing video games with his friends.

Ravinder Thaper, MS, AEP

Ergonomics Research Intern

Ravinder is an Ergonomics Research Intern at Saturn Ergonomics. She is collaborating with Murray on multiple research-related projects. She conducted a literature review for a research paper on MAE-based equations, and co-advised an Auburn University Senior Design Team applying the DMAIC process to evaluate smartphone ergonomics. Ravinder is a PhD Candidate in Auburn University's Department of Industrial & Systems Engineering.
